I’m Jacy McKinney, RDH, a registered dental hygienist with over 27 years of in-office experience and a background in regional hygiene training. I started RDH97 Consultant/Mgmt LLC to help dental practices and hygienists communicate more clearly, increase treatment acceptance, and manage their hygiene schedules with less stress and more confidence. My approach is simple, systematic, and always patient-centered—no pressure tactics, just practical tools that help teams work smart, not hard, with ease.With over 20 years of experience in dental hygiene, our coach and trainer bring a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to every session.
